Independent candidate Carol Miller deserves a mention. She has the most Washington experience out of all three candidates, and she has some interesting ideas when it comes to education and health care. Furthermore, it should be noted that her level of support is high for an independent candidate; double digits according to the Associated Press. ... the other candidates should take note of the growing desire to sever Washington from partisan politics in this district. However, Miller, no doubt, will win a good share of the votes.
